PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Hornor is an executive leader with a proven track record in the legal, financial and business development arenas. He has extensive expertise in structuring and negotiating complex strategic partnerships and raising capital having worked within the Ivanhoe group of companies for over ten years. Mr. Hornor recently served as the Vice President and Executive Vice President for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. for 10 years. During his time at Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., he negotiated project financings for development projects with international banking syndicates, structured strategic alliances and directly negotiated equity capital raises totalling more than $450 million. Mr. Hornor also acted as Managing Director for Ivanhoe Capital Corporation for 10 years, and sat as Chairman for Ivanplats Holding SARL (owner of the Platreef project) for over 4 years.
While serving as the President and CEO of Kaizen Discovery Inc. from 2013 until 2016, Mr. Hornor successfully structured multiple resource project acquisitions, equity financings and delivered a collaboration agreement with ITOCHU Corporation, a prominent Japanese trading and investment house. Fluent in Japanese, Mr. Hornor began his mining career in Japan after first travelling there 27 years ago. Mr. Hornor makes frequent business trips to Tokyo, where he maintains strong relationships with top management at major corporations, mining companies, investment firms and trading houses.

Mr. Minty has over 26 years of worldwide experience in open pit and underground mine operational and project development. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Minty was the Chief Operating Officer at Thani Dubai Mining Limited (“Thani”) where he was responsible for all project exploration and operation activities in Yemen and Egypt including new business development activities. Prior to joining Thani, Mr Minty was South African Country Manager for Hunter Dickinson Inc. Mr. Minty has also served on the Board of Asanko Gold Inc., Oremex Silver Inc. and currently serves on the Board of Auryn Resources Inc., Callinex Mines Inc., and DNI Metals Inc. Mr Minty holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University
VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Lang is an experienced business development and capital markets professional with nearly a decade of experience in the natural resource sector. Most recently, Mr. Lang played a pivotal role as VP, Corporate Development with Riverside Resources Inc. During his six plus years with Riverside’s leadership group, Mr. Lang led multiple equity financings, structured and secured joint-venture and strategic alliance partnerships and negotiated the acquisition of numerous gold and silver assets for the company’s portfolio. Mr. Lang also has extensive experience overseeing and managing investor outreach and marketing programs in the mineral exploration and mining sector. Mr. Lang received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University, graduating with distinction. Mr Lang also graduated with honours from the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he received his Marketing Management Entrepreneurship diploma.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Keeler is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of operations and corporate office experience with Canadian Cellulose, Noranda Forest and Denison Mines. Bryan has participated with creative financial engineering work in the building of three successful royalty finance companies and most recently hands on building of VERCOR Canada, a small to middle market Investment Bank with over a Billion dollars in transactions closed and 19 offices worldwide. Since he first teamed up with Gerry McCarvill in 1993, Bryan has acted as CFO in support of Gerry's various ventures, Repadre Capital Corporation, now IAMGOLD Corporation, Reserve Royalty and McCarvill Corporation.
DIRECTOR, TECHNICAL SERVICES
Mr. MacRae has over 40 years of domestic and international open pit experience. Since 2006, Mr MacRae has provided his experience in project planning and project execution, including supervision and management to BHP Billiton’s Misery Project, Barrick Gold Corporation’s North Mara operation in Tanzania, Silver Standard Resources’ Pirquitas project in Argentina and Kinross’ Paracatu project in Brazil. Mr MacRae received his Mining Technologist Diploma from the Haileybury School of Mines and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the South Dakota School of Mines.
